Leveraging our extensive experience in groundworks, we advised on an optimal site that minimised installation costs while maximising the utility of the new facility. smartDCS provided a solution encompassing new cable ducting, electrical cable installation and data cable, for fire alarm & security systems. As the Principle Contractor for the project, smartDCS took charge of establishing and securing the construction site. This involved providing essential fencing and statutory site facilities, as well as implementing robust construction site policies and procedures. Our strong collaboration with the client and other project contractors enabled us to develop a comprehensive project schedule covering all phases of the works. Throughout the project, we closely coordinated with subsequent contractors to eliminate the need for any rework of groundworks, electrical or data cable works.
